Hi, I have recently upgraded my site to Joomla 3 (from 1.5). I followed your instructions and everything seemed fine until someone tried to write a new blog entry. The page broke. The URL is: http://www.permaforum.hu/permaforum/index.php/blog and you can see the error when you click on the Write button. Unfortunately I don't get FTP account from my host so I cannot send you FTP details.

Could you please help me figure out what went wrong?
Hello Gergo,

Can you please set our account with super administrator privileges? Without this access we wouldn't be able to check this. By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Hi Mark,

I made your account to be super admin on the site.

I got the subscription for translating EasyBlog to Hungarian. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time in the past months to do any translation, but it is still on my todo list. If you tell me what I could translate for you in excahge for continued support I could schedule it as a project and justify my time.

Best regards,

In the mean time I figured out that JCK editor is causing the EsayBlog page to break. Once I set the editor for EasyBlog to another editor, the page works.

There was another change, I got a new test version of my site which is still using JCK editor, the issue is still available, and your user has superadmin privileges. Please use that site for debugging. Details included.

Please don't forget to let me know what I can translate for you for another year of support.

Hello Gergo,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply, just got back from the Joomla World Conference. Is the editor that you are using compatible with Joomla 3.0?
