I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

I've checked in your Easysocial profile type from backend custom field, it seems like you didn't put these Easyblog bio and description custom field into your Easysocial user profile form, you can take a look of my attached screenshot below.

Now you have to click and drag those custom field into the form and save it, so it will populate these custom field from their user profile.
