Hi,

we recently installed Easyblog to our Joomla 3.x site but it seems that the component is not functioning correctly. We tried to uninstall-reinstall, but it didn't change the behaviour.

Firstly, we have quite a few K2 items in category "Blog" that should be imported to Easyblog. As we try to import the items, there's jus loading icon rolling forever and nothing happens.

Also, when accessing the Easyblog main page, it returns a distorted page with no styling etc. The other links do return a proper page but this makes us wonder that is there some problem with the component or is it in conflict with some other component?

Joomla and other extensions have just been updated to most recent versions.

Please see if you can find what might be the problem?
Hello Sanomalehti,

May I know the access for this page? http://screencast.com/t/1I1RXLhiGt I've tried with K*****n / K*****n2015 but not working.

Hi there,

Thanks now we can access to your Joomla backend. However, look like the user account that you've provide us do not have the sufficient permission to access EasyBlog. Please see http://screencast.com/t/oWNRFcaMZ

Please advise.

Hi, sorry there is a typo in the support request.

HTTP auth is all small caps.

I've corrected the credentials to the support request now.

Thanks!

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have been looking at this thread and it has been 2 days just trying to gain to access your site and this is unfortunately getting nowhere. I am still having issues with the login credentials that you have provided:

1. The Joomla login you provided does not have super administrator privileges.

2. The SFTP access you provided is not working as I can't login through SFTP, http://screencast.com/t/U1wJE9OQ

Kindly please address both these issues and once that is done, start a new thread on our forums with the appropriate access to avoid confusions since this thread is all about getting your access right.
