EasyBlog backend/administrator settings do not work

I have easyblog version 3.915086 installed on joomla 1.7.3
in the backend i cannot change the toggle buttons in the configuration. is this a permissions issue? if so what files do i change. I need to get the dashboard to display on the front end so that my client and blog from the frontend. thanks

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.
