Hi,
When I logged onto my site today, I noticed that all the customisation that I had done to EasyBlog had disappeared. I had to restore my entire site to a backup.
Did EasyBlog automatically update without me knowing, and in the process wipe all the changes I made to the core files?
If so, what will stop this from happening again in the future?
Thanks.
Ian
Hello Ian,

There is no Auto Updater from Easyblog. The possibilities are either user click on the Updater in Easyblog's backend or manually update using Extension Manager.

Thanks.

I am the only user with access to the backend, and I didn't update the component.

Is there any other reason why all the core files reverted back to their original state?

Thanks

Ian

Hello Ian,

From Easyblog perspective, There is no other way that the files reverted back to their original state.
