Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Site Admin Access is already in first post. But we don't have FTP access for company internal policy. Can you check in Admin Site first? If need FTP, we will need to have some internal discussion to make some decision, and it will take many time. Thanks.

Hey Bill,

What codes are you trying to enter into the editor? Also, which user are you logged in as? EasyBlog by default would strip out unwanted codes from users that are not a super administrator. This can be configured in the ACL, http://take.ms/u4nrw6

The reason for removing these dangerous html codes is because a remote attacker may register on your site and inject malicious iframe codes which will cause damage to your site.

Are you using the super user account to insert those codes?

Yes, only super user can use EsyBlog to post article. We insert the following code in article

<iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FWTFuture%2Fvideos%2F423757068093169%2F&show_text=0&width=476" width="476" height="476" style="border:none;overflow:hidden" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" allowTransparency="true" allowFullScreen="true"></iframe>

Thanks.

Hi there,

Currently, it is because 'thirdparty888' is assigned with this users groups http://take.ms/FMqW4 and each of them got it own ACL settings. I have remove 'iframe' tag on each of the ACL users group and you should be able to use Iframes for your content now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.
