I found an old post about this but I wanted to know does this now work with flexible adsense formats? The original post (2014) stated that it didn't yet. I wanted to know if you guys made an update to this.

Hm, not really sure which particular post is this that you are referring to here. Perhaps if you could elaborate more about the "formats" that you are referring to here?
