The other day I had posted about getting EasyBlog and Most Popular Post working together since EasyBlog installs it if you want to and is part of the system. It seems like the fix that was put in for me is causing more problems then it should be. When I go and visit my website all I get is a blank page. I have to un-publish the Most Popular Post and then once the site is working re-publish the Most Popular Post. When I do this it seems to work okay for like an hour or so then the site goes back to a blank page. I am not sure about the hour thing, but I do know I visited it this morning and now I am back on and I have a blank page again.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you for the help you have already given me.
It looks like the site is working now. There was a common issue with my host providers, and they went and fixed it. The fixed the problems you guys described here. So since that fixed the site the blank page is no longer there, and everything works now. Thank you

I would wait about a couple of hours maybe try later on and see if it is still up. Usually works for a little bit then I come back and it is blank and 500 page error. So just wait a few hours and check back. If it is still working then check again a few hours later.

It looks like it is working again. It is hit and miss... as soon as the site does it again I will send another message and let you know when it is down. I changed one post and it decided to work again.

Hey Zack,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to enabled error_reporting to maximum, so this following error memory limit shown up :
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 22260489 bytes) in xxx\libraries\joomla\cache\storage\file.php on line 140

Then I suspect is it some of the post exhausted a lot of your site memory when load your Easyblog frontpage, so I try to disable your post from backend and see how.

After that I hitting this error when I try to enabled back more than 2 ~ 5 post from backend.
6 Could not resolve host: graph.facebook.com

Then I do some global search why hitting this common error in your site. Then I noticed this :

6 Could not resolve host: graph.facebook.com
You need to contact your hosting provider. This error means something on your server prevents your site from connecting to social network’s API. It could mean that DNS is broken on your server or your server disallows outgoing connections. Either way this is something your hosting provider needs to look at.
** If you are getting Permission denied error, it usually means your hosting provider is blocking access to social network or social network is blocking access from your hosting provider.
*** If you are getting Failed to connect to 2a03:2880:2110:9f01:face:b00c:0:4: Network is unreachable – 2a03:2880:2110:9f01:face:b00c:0:4 is IPV6 address. IPv6 is a new Internet Protocol standard. This error means that IPv6 is activated, but it is not correctly configured on your server. You need to contact your hosting provider about that.
**** Your host is most likely blocking outgoing connections. If you can ssh to the server try pinging graph.facebook.com and see if you can reach that server from your server. If you don't have ssh access to the server you could try using php exec or system to run the ping command.

Perhaps you can consult with your webhosting provider regarding this and see how?
[If you still hitting blank page, try clear your Joomla cache and wait for your webhosting provider response and keep us updated then.]

So after talking to my hosting site, they told me that it is a common issue with them at the moment. A higher up Administrator is going to look into the problem, and is going to fix the problem and send me updates as it is fixed.
