Hi

Can not modify the ACL-settings of the user type "registered". I am logged in as a super user. When i try to save the setting, i get the message "Access denied by security policy"

Thanks for answer.

Sam
Hey Sam,

I've tried to connect with your FTP access but hitting this :
Status:	Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Could not connect to server

I believe that was related with your webhosting provider configure the .htaccess security rule in your site, can you try check with your Webhosting provider regarding this?

hey sam,

This is my current IP address -> 175.145.128.184

By the way, can you try temporary rename this .htaccess file and see is it work?

Make sure you rename the file through with your FTP server.

Ho Arlex

My Administrator set your IP to whitelist. Could you try again to connect with FTP?

I tried to rename my htacess and used a joomla default-htacess instead. But it didnt work with that.

Hey sam,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

I've checked in your site, to be honestly when you getting this error "Access denied by security policy", nothing we can do.

Because It is all done by a very aggressive configured mod_security and thus fall under the control and configuration of your Webhosting provider, perhaps you can consult with your webhosting provider and see how it goes?

hey Sam,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

I believe that was not possible to modify the setting from database is because this mod_security is located from your server.

For example : http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/modsecurity/disable-mod-security-via-modsec-manager

May i know do you have consult with your webhosting provider regarding this yet?
