My suscribers to Easyblog received repeated and unexpected old blogs in one night.

Is there any problem that I need to be aware of with easyblog sending out old blog entrances to my list of subscribers?
It looked very unprofessional.

What is your advice or input.

In general I am very happy with the component but I dont want this to happen again and I need to prevent it.

Thanks,

Fu Ya
Hello,

Did you setup cronjobs for the site yet? By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

I sent my information to the site you told me.
In the meantime, the problems with easy blog persist. It keep sending unexpected blogs to sub subscribers.
Yes, I have cronjobs setup.

Ii have a question:

WHen i setup email processing with cronjobs, there is an option that asks:
Send emails on page loadL yes or no
Do I set it to no if I have cronjobs? or do I leave it on yes?

MY CLIENT IS INCREDIBLE UPSET.
She wants to change out the module and look for another provider.

Please help me.

Hello Fujiko,

Sorry for the late reply. Please set the "Send emails on page load" to NO if you have cronjob running. Also is the old emails still being sent? I will need backend and FTP access to check this out if it persists. Please advice.

Thanks!
