EasyBlog 5 not showing Komento

Lately when people post in EasyBlog, Komento comment boxes do not show up. See QStreet menu item.
Look at the latest EasyBlog post -Holding hands...
Hello John,

Did you mean this option (http://screencast.com/t/WLwHhqjZ) to default to Yes? I believe that option is already default to Yes unless the author has changed it. This screenshot I take from your site when trying to compose a blog.

Hello John,

I've checked your post and seems like this option is disabled: http://screencast.com/t/gfkJ8uZC . I've enabled it and Komento has appeared on that page. Please verify this.

Thank you, that worked. However how can I make allow comments=Yes to be the default?
In EB Settings > Comments, I do have enable comments = Yes
