Images in my blogs are fuzzy.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Please assign your domain to your license to obtain for support. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Once you are done, update us here and we'll continue checking your issue.

By the way, can you share with us which post image look fuzzy? If can, provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look.

In the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hello Theresa,

I tried accessing http://evokevirtual.com/insights/entry/test.html but it is showing a 400 page not found error. Does it require me to be logged in to view the post? We did not receive any logins from you.

Hi Theresa,
I`m still not seeing your login info.

As for your image issue, the reason the first image, which is the Cover Image for the post is not showing the original size of the image. It is stretched to increase its size, which is why the image is not as clear as the original image.
Now that we know why the image is fuzzy, let me explain why the image is enlarged. This is because the settings in backend for Post Cover is defining the image size.
The setting is located at Settings>Layout>Post Cover>Post Cover Settings(Entry). The "Width" setting here is actually the one determining the size of the post cover image. So, if your original image size width is less than the width indicated here, it will enlarge the image to fit the width specified here.

My advice is to use larger post cover images with similar original size across your posts and adjust the setting there that fits those images which is universal for all posts. That way you would not see images of low quality due to being enlarged.
