easyarticle default category when creating post on front end

I have a menu item setup on the front end to create a new article. Under the options tab I have selected Default Category to Yes. I also have a category of "Blog" specified. When I go to create a new article on the front end it does not restrict me to posting to the Blog category as the stock editor does. It also does not default to Blog. Is there a way to make it default to Blog? Is there a way to restrict posting to the blog category only with Easy Article?

Currently, we dont have that particular menu items for EasyArticles as we only got 2 menu items you can see here http://take.ms/hR5Hv

May i know how exactly you setup those as currently we cant access your site using given credentials. Please advice.

I added the login credentials to this ticket for our site which is where I am testing the component before deploying to the client.

Unfortunately, we dont have this feature currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
