Hello, just a precision. I just realized that that issue was happening in emails for one specific group. Similar emails living from other groups have the correct URL. This is super weird!

Hm, it seems like that is quite strange, I saw your previous email activity from backend, that permalink point to .com .

But when i try submit one of the post in that group, it seems like it work fine, can you check your email and see those permalink is it show correctly?

Indeed, the email copy I got from your "test" post has the correct URL.

This being said, there is a difference in the format of the email I got following your post and the one that was problematic... telling me it must be using a different email template:
