i do not find in the it-IT.com_easysocia.ini the following strings:

Online Users
Recent Users
Recent Albums
Leaderboard

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it public holiday for all of us here in Malaysia.

It seems like you are referring to the module of easysocial. The language string is actually the title of the module and you can find it by searching the module from your backend > extension manager > module, http://screencast.com/t/fHPHtabZx6e and edit the title of the module accordingly.
