Easy social showing code instead of text

I just updated to Easy Social 1.2.3 and am using Joomla 3.31, and now there's code everywhere instead of buttons or links. For instance, in the profile area of the frontend, instead of a button to select female it shows "PLG_FIELDS_GENDER_SELECT_FEMALE" This is throughout the site (in the front and backend). I've purged the cache, and tried other things, but didn't solve it. Is this a problem with a language file? I'm not sure.
Also, I want to migrate Community Builder, but when I click on the migrate button, it just stays at 2%. CB is up-to-date. I don't know if the two problems are connected.

Hi,

It seems like you might have an outdated language file.

Can you try replacing the file I've attached @ /language/en-GB/ and see if it works. If this does not resolve your issue, then please provide us your site's access and FTP access so that we can investigate further.

Thank you very much for your help. It worked on the front end, but the back end still has the problem. It shows code in the left column. I've included my login information. I appreciate any help.
