Hello Support Guys,

Easy Social search box is working perfect on the development server. But after complete my overall work when i upload on the live server search filter is not working.

I have checked all the setting parameters of my developement and live server they all are same.
So please let me know how i resolve that.

Please check

After login you will see a search box. just search in development site and live site. on development end it is working and on live site it is not working. So please check and response me ASAP.

I have take a look of your development site, and it seems like this is working when i trying to search a user name, but when i trying to access in your live site, then i hitting this error.

by the way, It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

Hi,

I just fixed , and now you are able to login with credentials of user to see what is the problem with search box that we need. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for getting back to us quickly,

It seems like I'm still unable to access in your live site, can you try unblock my IP address -> 175.143.132.188 and see how it goes?

Hi,

Backend you not are authorized to enter, we want that you check only the front end, only my programmer will have access to the back end. The credentials that we s ent you its from front end.

hello Daniel Moysés Kundman,

To be honestly, we hard to tell you what is the issues causing this without access in your Joomla backend and FTP access.

Perhaps can you check for your user profile privacy is it unable search by public user? Please advise.
