Hello

I have set up PayPlans with easysocial so new users when registering need to purchase plan.

everything is working but I can't seem to set the final redirect after payment confirmation.

In payplans plan, if I leave the redirect area blank it redirects to &Itemid=139 but if I put in URL to direct to I get an error message.

Do I need to set redirects in easysocial or just payplans.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It should set it from the Payplans plan redirection field, so once the user complete their payment, system will redirect them to that page.

Perhaps you can share with us what page you would like to redirect to?

And is this the domain site "hubfit.com.au" you request for support? If yes, perhaps you can consider to change your current Payplans license support domain to this "hubfit.com.au" domain.
