Easy Social configuration not available on my site - forcing me to make new installation

hi Stack Ideas,

I have the version 1.3.29 of Easy Social on my website installed. I have tried today to access the component configuration but instead displaying any configuration page it forces me to make a new installation / upgrade. What is this behaviour ? I see that you have released newer version of the component but I am quite surprised that my older installation is not accessible anymore for administration ...

Hi there,

I am sorry for the late reply for this. I am not sure why this can happened on your back end . We never enforce the system to auto update as the update are done manually by the site owner by uploading the installation folder through extension manager or by clicking the update button on back end.

Hi Fadhli,
Many thanks for your answer. You can check on my backend. Whatever menu option I choose from Components>EasySocial instead of showing the corresponding administration page it display me an intaller/upgrade screen. I was not using the EasySocial backend since months. I do not know why this happens. How can I stop displaying this screen and access the normak componet backend?

Hi there,

There is no way to you to proceed to the update to the latest version.This is because your subscription has already expired and you can't update to the latest version unless you have an active subscription.

You can remove the file /tmp/easysocial.installation to stop the upgrade process.
