Hello!

We have several auto-generated emails that are being marked as 'spoofing' attempts by our users email providers and placed into junk by default (contact requests, conversation alerts, etc.). We have activated DKIM and SPF on our domain, but it looks like the emails sent by EasySocial are sent via external servers, so they are not verified by these verification systems. Would you be able to provide the IP addresses (or range of addresses) of the servers that send these auto-emails? That way I can plug these into our SPF. I'm assuming this will solve the problem, but if I've gotten the wrong end of the stick feel free to let me know where I've gone wrong!

Thanks for your time!
Hello,

These e-mails are actually not sent by us. They are sent from your site and it depends on your e-mail settings under your Joomla Global Configuration section

Thanks for your quick reply! I'll take a look around in Joomla and try and figure out where I've gone wrong!
