An override does not guarantee that it is upgrade safe but it should minimize the changes needed and it also depends what has been modifier. Therefore I strongly suggest that you perform your own comparisons on a staging site first to prevent unplanned updates.

All overrides have been by your team, so we are not sure as to what would be affected.
