Easy Discuss Profile Plugin Vs. T4 Author Page - One but Not Both

Good afternoon StackIdeas.

I am seeing if I can use both T4's "Author Page" and EasyDiscuss Profile side-by-side:

However, the problem that exists is that their Author Page only works if I disable the "Easydiscuss Profile" plugin.

JoomlArt indicated it was not possible to make both the "Author Page" and "EasyDiscuss Profile to work together side by side.

I kind of question this as I am currently using the "AcyMailing" fields on the profile page with both the "Author Page" or EasyDiscuss Profile.

Just wanted to get your input on this before I make the decision to use one or the other.
As I understand, an administrator cannot use both EasyDiscuss and the Author Page at the same time.

When I tested, enabling the EasyDiscuss Profile plugin caused the Author Page fields not to appear.

I suppose the answer is that an administrator must choose one but not both options.

From what I test with the Joomla user - profile plugin and Easydiscuss profile plugin locally, it did render out both tab when you edit the user profile from the backend, you can check my screenshot here: https://monosnap.com/file/HbtOtKKPfOeQSdpSmk7EdCNE9ME8mR


Maybe, I figured out a solution, if I can confirm the following:

#1: The EasyDiscuss Profile plugin only adds the EasyDiscuss fields to the Joomla User Profile page.

Yes.

#2: If the EasyDiscuss Profile plugin is OFF, users still have access to the profile fields within their own EasyDiscuss account settings.

Is it the problem now can't render the Easydiscuss profile field into this "User info" tab from the backend? (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/9cvWNhKUkMGDOCHB0hbHRVCzuwEy1U )

If yes, I am not sure whether possible to load 3rd party user profile plugin custom field into their "User info" tab or not, but they can try if they want to allow to load 3rd party user profile plugin custom field.

They can take a look at our Easydiscuss user profile plugin file JoomlaFolder/plugins/user/easydiscussprofile/easydiscussprofile.php and JoomlaFolder/plugins/user/easydiscussprofile/easydiscussprofile.xml, this is how we render our custom field into the Joomla user edit profile page.

Perhaps they might have some ideas on how to load other 3rd party custom fields into the "User info" tab.
