Easy Discuss Not Installing, Stalls at 30%

attempting to upload a fresh installation of Easy discuss but the install program stalls out at 30%.
Hi there,

We suspect that your "File Permissions" is unwritable as you can see at Backend>Systems>System Information>File Permissions as shown http://prnt.sc/c9qy24. You have to contact your web server provider to change it to writetable. You have to change to writable for all option except "configuration.php". Please give it atry and see how it goes.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

I don't have ftp access set up right now. I am simply trying to install the forum on a fresh installation of joomla 3.6.2 there isn't anything else on there so how could the installation file not work?
