I am unable to upload more than 1mb images. I checked everything. the website allows 16mb the php.ini allows 16 I set media to 8mb and I set the easy discuss to 8mb. I am stumped. I also added all the extentions. Please advise I gave you ftp and admin access. . the website is published but no activity and was not introduced yet to the 100 people who soon will be using it. Thank you in advance. I use this on my other site and love all your products. I just added this to a developer pachage but am not able to add this domain yet. my invoice number is in the admin notes. thanks

Hey there,

I tried creating a test discussion from your site and attached an image with more than 1mb and is working fine. I have attached a video in this reply for you to take a look. I also noticed that in the editor it still shows the maximum file size is 2MB https://take.ms/Eplp0 but you have mentioned that you changed it. FYI, you can change the image size from your site Backend > Components > EasyDiscuss > Settings > Attachments > General > you can specify the size in the Maximum size field https://take.ms/Mx6UqU

I just added this to a developer pachage but am not able to add this domain yet. my invoice number is in the admin notes. thanks

By the way, I don't get what are you trying to say here. Please, can you explain it again.

Wrong website with issue. I have been a customer for many years on rainbowrv but have no issue there. My issue and admin ftp login details are for 450lxi.com. i upgraded my component to programmer to add 450lxi.com to my list of managed domains. I have included the paypal invoice for that addon service to avoid just this issue and delay. The login registered test user martyman is used on both websites. Please check 450lxi.com

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

My colleague was tested on this domain site http://450lx.com yesterday.

Are you referring when someone create a new discussion on frontend, it show you 500 error?

If that is the case, it seems like your site returning this error when I trying to submit a new discussion on frontend.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in xxx/administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/includes/simpleimage/simpleimage.php on line 52

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /xxx/libraries/vendor/joomla/registry/src/Registry.php on line 89

Can you request with your webhosting provider to help you increase your server PHP following directive value?

- memory_limit set to 128M
- upload_max_filesize set to 16M
