I raised this before - you please give an ETA on when this will be fixed?

If you replicate same steps with Guest user on mobile, you will see the error message that ought to be displayed
A temporary workaround is to download the file below and upload it into /templates/vanilla/html/com_easydiscuss/toolbar/

It seems that I can't replicate this on my local site.

Is this http://www.ekobridge.com site your development site?

Because your current Easydiscuss licensed domain is assigned to http://zionmt.com. The Pro license only entitles you to support for 1 domain only.

May I know is this issue can be replicated on http://zionmt.com? If yes, we can check on that site.

Zionmt.com is now ekobridge.com.

There was a name change. So please check. Access details remain same.
