Hm, EasyDiscuss does not create any article page on your site. If you have enabled the "EasyDiscuss - Content" plugin, it actually generates a new discussion when you post a new article on the site.

If the plugin works by creating a menu and choosing EasyDiscuss, how can I edit that page? Or am I doing this wrong? I installed the plugin, then created a new menu it, and then choose "Frontpage Layout". Is there another way?

I am sorry but I'm not quite understand your inquiry here. The plugin actually will create a discussion form inside the article itself and the discussion of that article can be found on both your easydiscuss page and article page. Not really sure what you are trying to achieve here.

I want to be able to view the article that it creates so that I can add more text or images in that article. I have found and read tutorials on how to install the plugin but none on setting up the plugin in an article. Are there any links you can provide. I also purchased Komento under another email address and I had no issues with setting up Komento and I was able to add video and text to the pages. Again I am asking, what am I doing wrong?

If I cannot understand how the plugin works, then it is useless to me and I will have to request a refund and find another plugin that suites my needs.

I believe we have some misunderstanding here. When you mentioning "article", are you referring to EasyDiscuss discussion post or Joomla article? In easydiscuss there is a plugin called "content - easydiscuss" where whenever you created a joomla article on your site it will automatically create a new discussion for that article in easydiscuss. This plugin is optional and does not include together in the installation package.

If you are referring to easydiscuss post itself, you need to create an easydiscuss frontpage menu item in order to view the lists of discussion created by easydiscuss. Alternately you can go to your backend > easydiscuss > discussion where you can see list of discussion created and you will be able to edit the discussion from there.

If you have any problem to setup the menu item for easydiscuss component, kindly provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you with the process.

It seems like you have edited your last reply earlier and I've missed your latest inquiry. You can download the plugins from this page, http://stackideas.com/downloads/plugins and search for "All EasyDiscuss Plugins" . After that you need to extract the zip file and you should be able to find the plugin inside with name "plg_easydiscuss_content.zip" . Install the plugin through joomla extension manager and enable the plugins afterward in plugin manager.
