1. We downloaded the Easy Discuss app to facilitate streams in Easy Social but we find not settings. Can you please assist with installation.

2. We do not intend to use Easy Discuss in Question and Answer mode so we have disabled settings accordingly. Can you please tell us if there are settings to disable the "View replies" button and "Responses" panel. We made changes at Settings, ACL and Category level to disable for registered users but it still displays.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for getting back to us. For some reason the FTP is not working in Transmit app for macbook and its working fine in Filezilla for Windows. Unfortunately I have to removed the video attachments in your reply as it is actually visible for all users here .

The reason why the setting is missing is because the app installation were not completed due to the error of missing file on your site. I have fix this by re-adding back the missing file and re-installed the EasyDiscuss app in your site and the settings should appear correctly now, https://take.ms/Hna7d .

It seems like the provided FTP is not working for me . Can you re-provide us with the FTP access so we can further check on the issue here?

It seems like I can replicate the issue locally. I will logged this issue internally and it should be fix in the next release of EasyDiscuss.

In the meantime, can you please tell me where i can update the placeholder text here? I cannot find them in the override section.
