In EasyDiscuss 4.0, we no longer use this mod_ask module. This module already replaced by mod_easydiscuss_ask module

This mod_easydiscus_ask (EasyDiscuss Ask Modul ) should installed by default when you installing EasyDiscuss 4.0.2.

Hmmm the old mod_easydiscuss_ask module was present after installation, I've deleted it but it's made the problem worse, now my staging site won't load up at all.

Will create a new staging site, delete the old mod_easydiscuss_ask module and then upgrade to the new version, hopefully that will work..

Ok so I created a new staging copy of my livesite, deleted the old mod_easydiscuss_ask module then installed the upgrade via the download launcher and still running into problems.

The homepage at : http://www.staging1.blueheronclinic.com/ loads up fine but if I click on a K2 item I recieve the following error:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/bluehe07/staging/1/components/com_easydiscuss/constants.php' (include_path='/home/bluehe07/staging/1/plugins/system/shlib/shl_packages//ZendFramework-1.11.7-minimal/library:.:/usr/local/php55/pear') in /home/bluehe07/staging/1/components/com_easydiscuss/sef_ext/com_easydiscuss.php on line 12

Also the menu link to the easydiscuss component results in the same white page with bullet text as before (see attached images).

I have error reporting turned on for this, looks like there is a file missing?

Nope, these fix will be included in next release version, so you no need keep thes 2 files in the future update

I notice the url's have changed with the upgrade, a number has been added:

Old url:
blueheronclinic.com/ask/question/can-reiki-help-with-fertility

New url:
blueheronclinic.com/ask/question/89-can-reiki-help-with-fertility

Also category url has changed from:

blueheronclinic.com/ask/categories/questions

to

blueheronclinic.com/ask/forums/1-questions

Can I have permission to help you purge all the SEF URL from your Sh404sef extension? Because this Sh404SEF extension already cached a lot of your SEF URL, so have to purge all the SEF URL then let Sh404sef regenerate the correct URL and see how it goes.

But the category listings still say "forums" instead of category:

blueheronclinic.com/ask/forums/questions

This will have an impact on seo as my livesite categories are listed as:

Regarding this case, we actually changed this `categories` to use `forums` view in Easydiscuss 4.

In other word, this `categories` view alias will no longer to use it. If you would like to use back this `categories` from your URL structure, I will see if possible do it via Sh404sef or not.

Can i have permission to clear all of your SEF URL from Sh404sef extension after I make some changes from your site?
