I purchased the component, where is the download?

Thank you for your response. Ah, that's weird. Your purchase should show up in your dashboard. I've disabled/enabled your purchase back. Would you be kind enough to double-check your dashboard? I apologize for the hassle.

Thank you for your inquiry. I've checked your purchase and it appears that you're using a different email address for both your purchase and your current StackIdeas's account. This is the reason as to why your purchase seems to have gone 'missing'; our system were unable to link both your account and your purchase together due to the email differences. However, I've helped you to fix this and you should be able to download EasyBlog by logging in and navigate to your dashboard.

Would you be kind enough to check and verify?

I have logged back in, but still don't see the component in purchase history.
