Easy Blog no longer notifying subscribers when new post is created

Easy Blog is no longer notifying subscribers when new post is created, nor is it notifying me that a new post has been created on my site. This was first apparent to me July 18 when I put up my last post, prior to that everything was working as it should have been. I have not altered any settings to my knowledge as all was working.

I'm also unable to update to 5.2.7 - getting a http 500 error repeatedly - currently installed version 5.2.4, don't know if this might be where any problem lies.

May I have permission to update EasyBlog on your site to the latest version, then proceed to check on the issue?

Remember to backup the site beforehand.

I have helped you update EasyBlog to the latest version. After that, I created a test post and the email notifications are generated as expected: https://i.imgur.com/ZGU5vdJ.png

Am I missing something here?

Thanks for the swift response and sorting it out! Yes, I've had my notification in my inbox as I should and subscriber notification too. I'll put up a new post shortly myself and then I'll be totally happy again.
