Hello Markus,

What you could do is to set the rule set in ACL in backend > easyblog > ACL where you could set your the groups of users that has permission to write moderate and edit the blog post.

You could also create Team Blogs where a group of bloggers could be assign to a particular topic with access group assign and having users to request to be part of the particular team blog topic.
