I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Please find my answers from your inquiries below.

Firstly when posting a new post it is not including any image in the post even though an image is uploaded.

I just checked your blog entry here, http://rpr-marketing.co.uk/index.php/news/ta-dah-new-rpr-website-is-here and it seems like the image is appearing correctly. Am I missing something here?

Secondly Facebook autopost is not working.

You will need to setup an facebook apps in order for the autoposting to work. You can refer more on our documentation here on how to setup it, http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/autoposting/setting-up-facebook-autoposting . We can also help you with the setup but we will need your facebook access in order to help you with the setup.

Thirdly I am trying to get any posts to show in full on the page and not just as title only as it has been. This has meant me deleting posts as it looks awful.

It seems like you are using "all authors menu item" instead of "frontpage menu item" hence easyblog will only show the title of the blog post without showing any content or image with it. I've created an easyblog frontpage menu item under "hidden menu type" and you can access it through the following url and see how the page looks like, http://rpr-marketing.co.uk/index.php/blogs .

Finally when I wish to create a new post (NOT the quick mode) the top of the page is under the main website header so you can not click on any options if they are under the banner area of the page!

There are some css conflict with your templates banner and I've applied the fix inside your /templates/ot_dulcet/assets/css/template.css by adding the css code below and it should be appearing correctly now.
