Hi guys,

I'm having a problem with the Linked in autoposting function - it worked perfectly for ages until an update and now on the site it doesn't post to the Company page and as you see in the screenshot it's linked, but has no companies pages showing, and the big problem is I can't even revoke the access to re-establish it (I wanted to see if that would sort it out).

Any ideas on how to solve this? I've updated to the latest release as of today but no luck after clearing cache etc.

Hello Andrew Phillips,

Regarding with the Linkedin revoke access only work on this method, please have a look my instruction below :

Actually the Linkedin revoke need to do it from your phpmyadmin > find this table "jos_easyblog_oauth" > then you will see this linkedin row " example : http://screencast.com/t/2X9ow6jHs " > so you have to delete it > after delete it then go Linkedin autopost setting > Click Sign in with Linkedin

Regarding with your Linkedin doesn't post to the Company page, can you check is it have tick this option "rw_company_admin" in your Linkedin developer setting side?
If tick already still can't work, is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and Linkedin access so we can help you check on this issues? Please advise.

Hi Arlex,

That managed to let me revoke it, I saw there were a couple linked in ones (I assume user ones) but deleted all lines so have revoked the users now as well. Anyway, that did indeed let me re-login on the centralised posting and now I see the Company page and have selected it, but when I go to the repost (force post) to linked in from the blog overview screen, it colours the icon but it does not appear on the Linked in Page its self.... I did check you setting about the text box which was not ticked so I ticked it prior re-enabling the login / authenticating.

What's the next step? Is it safe for me to post logins here or do I email them to you?

Also I have something else that may not be linked to the above in any way but when I login as an end user from the front of the site in the Easyblog login, as attempting to login it just takes me to a blank page that says "Invalid Token" any ideas?

Cheers

Andy

Hello Andrew Phillips,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You can put your Joomla backend, Linkedin access and FTP access information in the optional information field below. Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information, so we can help you check on this issues.

Hi Arlex,

I did another refresh after several minutes yesterday on the Linked in Company page and the good news is that it did indeed fix the posting to the Company Page - thanks!

We've got this other error still which may / may not be related but I was hoping you could point us in the right direction.

When you try login to the company site in EasyBlog as a user (details below for a super user) you just get error message "Invalid Token"

Hello Andrew Phillips,

Sorry for late reply to this,
You're welcome, glad to heard your issues solved.
Hmm that's strange, the mostly probably is System - Admin Tools or some of cache plugin causing this, try disable 1 by 1 then clear all the clear and see if could help.
