I've tried to upload launcher installer from your Joomla backend installer page, but it seems like I hitting this following error :

The "-1 Copy Failed" error is a common Joomla error when your site's file/folders permission aren't correct somehow.

The problem was indeed an file owner/group problem. Can you consult with your Webhosting provider to help you check the file permissions and chown for all files and folders to the correct owners on your server? All files need to be writable by the webserver user.
