As for using a text as a link to the file, unfortunately it isn't possible right now and you will first need to upload the file and copy the link to the file. Then, highlight the text that you would like to hyperlink and insert the link, http://take.ms/7rDuS

the image uploading works now fine with jpg format.

regarding my second question, what i want is linking a easy blog post in joomal article. i can not search and find easyblog posts with jce link.(see capture 01)

i tried to use joomla default article because i can find the link for my download file with phocadownload button easily at the bottom.see capture 3. Then, i have copied the link and used it in easy blog post and it works fine except the html appers in EB post( see capture 2) but if i publish the joomla article itself ,the html link doesnot appear( see capture 4)

We do not have a button that lets you quickly find a post from EasyBlog in Joomla article composer.

You would have to manually find and copy the post/file url and paste it in the url section of JCE link popup.
