Easy Blog headers overriding site headers

The headers from easy blog are overriding our website headers. If you look here, the first issue is the blogger's last name (Hefel) is being auto-inserted to the left of the blog title) http://etm.obriencg.com/index.php/etm-blog and if you click on the "home" tab within the blog, you get a partial title in the site header bar http://etm.obriencg.com/index.php/etm-blog/latest

The same happens when you click on each tab in Easy Blog. How do I fix this, I've looked everywhere?
Mark - in the past you have been very helpful and it appears from my history that you are the one who has primarily worked on our blog.

We are looking to totally "start over" if you will so I'm wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling will be fine to lose custom code. As long as we don't lose our posts, I'm comfortable with uninstalling and upgrading to the new version. Can you confirm that all posts will be in tact?

Hello Sherry,

Yep, that's correct. Your posts will remain in tact however, we wouldn't be able to provide any assistance on your customizations though as we are pretty occupied with our own internal development.
