Easy Blog Feed Importer Cron Job

How can I enable cron job for feed import? I have set up "Process in Cron" to yes in settings and interval 30 mins, but its not working.
Hi there,

It would be best if you can provide us with your backend, FTP and your cronjob access credentials for us further check on this issues.

Please advice.
