Why does the slider truncate posts arbitrarily before the slider frame is full? You will see from the attachment that the slider seems to be truncating at about 250 characters. I cannot figure out where to increase this value.
Hello Fred,

I am presuming that you are on EasyBlog 5? The truncation settings relies on the menu settings now and you just need to edit the menu settings and locate this, http://screencast.com/t/puThrXXj

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.

Thank you for understanding.

Hi, although I have changed the the Maximum Content field to 400 it still truncates in the same place. I decided to ignore this for a while, but now it bugs me.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like you only provide us with your Joomla backend password, can you update again with your Joomla backend username details at your dashboard http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site ?

I have updated the backend username. You will see why I was confused and thought that I had done it originally.

I have found the problem. Everything is now OK. I had forgot to change the feature size in the menu item.
