It seems like you didn't provide much info or some screenshot how the blank screen look like, it would be best if you can temporary upload your site to live so that we can directly look on it.

By the way, can you try following some step and see is it help?
1. Check is it have create "Easyblog - composer layout" menu item in your site, if yes, double check inside the menu item setting is it have set default category yet

2. Try switch your template to use Joomla default template (Protostar) and see is it work fine for the composer.

3. Try go to backend > Easyblog > categories > check is it got set one of the category to default (and this default category should be allow everyone user can post in this category)

4. Try enable error reporting to Maximum from backend > system > global configuration > server then reload again the composer and see is it got any error show out.
