EasyArticles is basically a platform for you to manage Joomla articles in the frontend for example creating/editing and so on. Apart from that, it is also possible to manage categories, tags, article templates and so on.

It has its own built-in editor, or you can also have the option to use other legacy editors like JCE.

if i install easy articles will affect their frontend links or it is just an edit tool with frontent option?

Not really what do you mean by 'affect their frontend links'. Installing EasyArticles should not affect your existing articles, meaning to say it won't affect the layout of Joomla article pages.
