Hi Mark, thanks for the speedy reply, I am using the JA Builder template and this is not working out as expected. I was hoping to add the module to the front-end dashboard so the editors could pick one or more categories they are responsible for. Is there template overrides?

You are referring to adding a subscription option here correct(https://take.ms/9qqvJ)? Unfortunately this is not possible currently.

To add it would require quite a bit of customization which may involve core files and this out of our forum support scope.

you maybe need an extra article manager for that I dont know how well you get customised updated for editors though https://www.joomlashack.com/docs/shack-article-manager/quick-start-quide/
