I would like to request an easier way to customize the blog subscription email and new post notification emails. It's my understanding, they can be customized by editing the email template; however, I would prefer an easier solution that utilizes a WYSIWYG editor.
Agreed and this is why e-mail editing will be available from the back end

Is email editing from the back end a new feature soon to be released?

Please provide details on how I can edit the subscription notification email and the notice when a blog is posted.
I'm using version 5.1.7

This is what I already tried:

1. Components | EasyBlog Mail Activities | E-mail Templates
2. I selected post.new.php
3. I see the Information section and the Email Editor section, but there's no options beneath the Email Editor section. (see attached screenshot)

Hello!!! Anyone out there? Can I please be updated on this ticket? I was told by Mark this feature would be included in EasyBlog 5.1. I'm running 5.1.8 but cannot figure out how to customize the email templates. Please provide an update.

Hey guys,

I am really sorry that we missed up this ticket and yes we already added this feature to allow admin to edit the email template file through the backend > Easyblog > E-mail > E-mail template since version 5.1 .

If the editor part is not showing, most likely is because the "Editor - CodeMirror" plugin disabled on the site.

If you guys have any issues, please start a new thread on our forum, and please do not assign the thread category to feature requests if you want to report any issues.

Just for your information, I have locked and marked this thread as resolved to avoid confusion in the future. Please start a new thread if you have any other issues in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiries.

Thanks for understanding.
