a quick fix to this is to make a copy of and rename the following files

redactor.css >> redactor-rtl.css
JoomlaFolder/media/com_easyarticles/styles/

style.css >> style-rtl.css
typography >> typography-rtl.css
JoomlaFolder/media/com_easyarticles/styles/wireframe/

This will work fine as it is but you can still tweak some margins here and there in style-rtl.css to make everything fit perfectly.

can these files be created in a template override?

Thanks for reporting. It appears that the rtl files are not included in the installer. I will log this in our tracker so we can address this.

It is not advisable to template override whole css files. If you have specific styling which you want to override, you should place those codes in a custom css file.
