From your screen shot, it seems like the e-mails are already marked as sent. You need to check if these e-mails somehow landed in your spam or promotions folder.

If they are not in the spam and promotions folder, there is a possibility that the e-mail has been discarded from the recipient mail server due to a low score. A low score is normally caused by unverified sender or a bad ip address. You need to check your mail configuration under Joomla's Global Configuration and try to use SMTP instead of phpmailer or sendmail.

This is actually the same message that appears on the notifications. I think it could be due to your translations which is outdated. Can you try to see if the English version is correct?
