Hello,

E-mail reception problem

Users do not receive notification in their e-mail box.

How to configure easysocial, easyblog and easydicuss to send a notification when a message is published or updated on the site?

I also do not receive any more email as administrator.

Can you help me resolve this problem please?

Hi Georges,
It seems the cron job commands at cpanel were not working. I have helped you changed the commands in cpanel for EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss, and EasySocial. I have tested EB and ED and emails are delivered just fine.
I tried to test the registration email for EasySocial but due to the payment component I was not able to complete the full registration process in the frontend. If you want us to test EasySocial mail for you, you can disable the payment extensions temporarily.
Otherwise, you can test EasySocial mail yourself as I have already updated EasySocial's cron command for you.

Hey Georges,
Thanks for updating us. I have helped you test EasySocial's mail as requested. It seems the mail system for EasySocial is working fine now(http://take.ms/3j342).
You can double check again and make sure the mail system is working as expected.
By the way, for EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss I have helped you changed the number of emails to process at once to 50. This is so that you can send more emails out to users at every cron interval.
You should also keep the 'Send emails on page load' setting disabled to reduce burden on your site since the cron job would handle the emails.
