My questions has to do with e-mail notifications. We use EasyDiscuss as a support forum for volunteers for our non-profit. This isn't open to the public and is viewable only by our volunteers. I believe this feature exists but I am unable to locate it. I would like for everyone who is listed under a usergroup to automatically receive e-mail notifications of any new posts in the forum. This is the way we keep all members updated and on the same page. We regularly add and remove volunteers from the group so it changes somewhat regularly. Can users within a certain user group automatically be subscribed to receive e-mail notifications?
Hi there,

Unfortunately, there are options for it as you can see here https://take.ms/aP4tO but you cannot choose which groups to choose from. It is used globally and anyone that replied to those post, it will auto subscribed.

We do have feature where you can choose which users groups you would like to notify with here https://take.ms/q1m1I. You can choose which groups you would like to notify with. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
