How can i fix this?

Best regards

G'day Ezrul,

hmmm, but i dont want to disable the subscription completely, the guest should have the option to subscribe to to categorie.

But i found this:

Access the Toolbar (was On turned to off) and now they cant subscribe the whole site Might be good enough for me

Best regards

Hello Heinz,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Did they subscribed to a category or the site? If they subscribed to the "site", they will receive notifications when anyone posts a new blog post on the site

If they have subscribed to a category, they will only be notified when a new post is made into the category which they subscribed.

G'day,

yes, you're right, that was the problem.

But for the future, is it possible to disable subscribing to site, blog-entry and comment? That might be very useful for me.

Best regards
Heiner

Hello Heiner,

You can manually restrict the user group to subscribe by going to your backend > easyblog > ACL > [user group] > blog subscriptions to "No". http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-14_0036.png
