hello,

this sector is not running, i become nothing message from the system. where is the problem?

I think I understand now. You are referring to these correct(http://take.ms/rNDaw)? This means that the email notifications are not yet sent out.

May I know whether you have configured cronjob from your server? Documentation

It looks like you have not set up your mail server settings in Joomla global configuration as well(http://take.ms/OuX0oA).

What do you mean by 'not running' and 'i become nothing message from the system'?

here, you can see i have all on, and you can see i have a mesagge on the top, but the system send me not a information.

Hey Erich,

Do you mean the notifications are not working? If that's the case, can you specify which particular alert is not working?

Also, are you referring to system notifications or email notifications?

Are you referring to new conversation reply?

For new reply message, the recipient will not receive email notifications if the user is currently online.

all of email notifications dosent work, I have never received an e-mail.
