We are being told we have duplicate content and title tags showing.

report was given to us? How do we correct this?

Seems like you've set the set 'browser page title': http://take.ms/49egA where any page under this menu item will use the same title (Blog - Prime Law Group, LLC) which lead to duplicate title has been reported.
I've leave it blank and now each of the page title will use their own page title accordingly: http://take.ms/67Aig

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
