Hi,

We had a subscriber on feb 1st. He bought the indices on a quarterly plan then.

But now he just subscribed to the limited offer plan which consist of indices, forex and commodities . So how does that work. does it overlay his indices one so that it won’t renew automatically his previously subscribed plan or do we need to cancel that one?
Hello Kunjan,

If you want that user will not be able to subscribe the same plan again then it's possible to restrict them .
Go to backend >> Payplans >> Configuration >> Advance and set Display Existing Subscribed Plans to No. Once user subscribed the plan user will not be able to subscribe same plan again.

Let me know if you have any query.

Hi Manisha,
Let me explain with an example
we have currently following plans

Plan A:
Indices

Plan B:
Forex

Plan C:
Commodities

Pland D:
Indices/Forex/Commodities Combined

Limited Offer Plan (Pland E)
Indices/Forex/Commodities Combined

One of our subscriber had Plan A subscription (Indices Only) for a month.

But as we offered a new Limited Plan with Limited Offer which includes all 3 Markets, He has subscribed this plan yesterday.

So my question is:
Do i have to discontinue his Plan A manually or that happens automatic. Like no renewal on next month.

Thanks,
Kunjan

Hello Konjan,

Your all plans are of recurring type , so you need to cancel the Plan A manually for the user's who have duplicate subscriptions.
Let me know if you have nay query.

Hello Kunjan,

Once subscription marked as hold, no further action performed on this.
You need to create new subscription for this user.

Let me know if you have any query.

Hello Kunjan,

Your welcome.

You need to create new subscription from Subscription tab. Create new subscription then add invoice to it and add transaction then save it.

Let me know if you have any confusion.

Hello,

No difference, both will work as same. As i checked your site, you are applying recurring payment from admin, so further payment will not taken from paypal automatically. How user will ne renew after an year. You need to activate their account from backend on next recurrence.
